The issue is the throttle controller. Same thing happened to me when I started modding the car. Don't worry about taking it to the dealership, just have the car tuned with the whipple and take it off and sell it. I believe it has to do with the intake giving increased throttle response and that paired with the throttle controller sending too much voltage through the throttle pedal cause it to go into limp mode. Just take it off and get tuned to save yourself the headache
