You need to look up (use leasehackr or edmunds forums) money factor and residual. Your goal will be 1% of MSRP or less as payment with nothing down, except first payment. Find out that information and email local Chevrolet dealers what you are looking for.
Just be wary as the SS doesn't lease well, gonna take some good negotiations.
Example. My Scat Pack had an MSRP of $43,xxx after negotiating sales price and with incentives and residual my payment is $377.13/month with tax $385. Nothing down only thing was first months payment.
