Have you ever leased a car? You are asking all the wrong questions.
You need to know: MSRP, sale price, money factor, incentives, residual, etc. Don't worry about monthly payments that what the dealer wants you to worry about. Run your own calculations and come up with what you are willing to pay.
Also never put money down on a lease.
You will never get the same deal as someone else, everyone has different credit and negotiating skills.
