Plugs 1, 2, and 4 (plug 4 being closest to the rear of the car) can be left alone. On plug 3, remove the two blue and two green wires. I've outlined in red the white wire you need to leave plugged in for your chimes, etc, to work. Not the cleanest job on my part here, but it works. I wrapped the ends of each pulled wire in electrical tape to make sure nothing touched and caused interference, but I doubt it's really necessary.
