I'd say the difference between the two would be very similar to what you see with the ss cars.....with some good air you'll see some 10.9 passes out of the bone stock autos and I'd be willing to bet you'll see some 11.3, POSSIBLY some 11.2 passes out the m6 cars, IF GM's software fix aids in launching these cars. If not, I'd say 11.4, maybe 11.3 under great conditions.
Also, taking a look at the c7z fast list, when you compare 100% stock times, the autos are about .5 quicker through the 1/4 but once you add tires only, the stock cars are equaling the auto times, same when they get hp adding mods
