He showed it to me one day and my first thought was it sounded like it was coming from the muffler. He brought it to the dealer and had them replace the muffler. Next time you drive and get the operating temp up and then park wait by the car and try to localize the sound.

My 2SS M6 makes loud clank noises near the front. Thinking it might be the rotors or radiator? Sounds like a hammer on an anvil kind of noise not the ticking of hot exhaust.
