So you seem to think it is definitely the mounts huh? I was almost thinking it was some sort of exhaust resonance. But, if it does end up being the type of mounts being used, I would be all for an upgrade. Just not sure how we prove this until someone does the swap and compares. I just wonder if the OEM ones are too soft, or too hard. You would assume soft, but I would think that a hard one would be more prone to giving off those vibs? Also, curious if this is the case, if it is all of them, or just motor mounts, or just the trans mount...
Also seems to be on all SS's not just SS 1LE's as in the Motor Trend Head to Head with the SS vs M4 they mention some sort of NVH issue around 4000 rpm if I recall. They actually liked it though lol...for real.
