Correct! The body harness would still be different. I just wanted to clarify what is needed for peeps trying to make them fully functional in their 2SS cars.
It does confirm that they are different because if they were the same the mirrors would have still worked without switching over the memory box and different seat harness.
I would assume you could make the memory work just as you can make the fans work with the factory ac controls from a 2SS in a 1LE but you would have to run wires. Also you would need to change the wiring for the mirrors. Could get messy.
