Let's get real on the whole fuel economy thing. The difference is negligible and a moot point. If even one or two MPGs make your decision you should be looking at a used Civic because you clearly can't afford a new car. The difference between the V6 and V8 in the real world is no more than about 2 mpg. Hardly noticeable in your monthly budget.
