I've been driving my V6 like I stole it since the day it rolled out the dealership. When I need to downshift 3 gears with my autostick / paddleshifters.. I do.. and do I find reasons to do that? oh definately. Is she ALWAYS at redline? nah, but she see's 4.5 - 5.5k RPMS fairly often and she's been broken into this world with hard accelerations, cornering and never sees anything under 70 on the freeway.

So.. with that stated... how likely is my A8 going to bomb with all my downshifting, especially with the autostick? and how much life should I expect out of this little motor?
