If you are going with a supercharger/FI, I would look at long tube headers and high flow cats/no cats. You can keep the NPP with a few of the options out there, but they will need to cut the exhaust to install.
I would not do E85 flex fuel and tuning if you plan on the SC. You'll most likely max out the fuel system capabilities with both and require a fuel system upgrade.
