I set my vent settings to cabin & footwell all the time and I do not have this problem other than a few days when it's extremely hot and humid.
Even those times I have a very slight condensation towards the bottom of the windshield. Nothing that could be considered an issue.
Why is it that some owners have a more severe fogging than others?
