Mine does the same regardless traction on/off, TOUR, SPORT, TRACK, competitive mode, have tried everything. I gave up before screwing up the car.
I drove a automatic 5th gen before, so holding down the pedal all the way to the floor was never a problem for me.
But I really think that the non-1LE doesn't have NLS.
2017 1SS bought in December 2016.
