This is complete BS. I love it when folks quote moss vs mag. Magnuson's large business would have been affected for years down the line if they didn't fight in court. A regular Joe who blows his motor and has his warranty voided over a catch can or CAI in no way can fight this. It's way cheaper to purchase a motor and move on and that's what 99.9% of us do. And you can't tell me that IF they win against big corporate lawyers with iron clad warranty documentation that they will get all their money back.
