Thanks I corrected that, as far as a verbal commit, didnt put too much stock in it other than this is my 3rd vehical from this dealer and havent had any issues when it comes to warranty work, but mosty the Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act. Most dealerships I believe think you wont spend the money to go to court over warranty, but If I know for a fact I have a winning case, you better bet Im going to court and Im also going to sue to recover losses for having to go to court. I know it sounds like pipe dreams, but Ive witness a number of fellas that have successfully done both...won against the dealer and recouped funds they paid for having to go to court.
