All I do is brush the suede on my seats with a stiff brush. The steering wheel and shifter I use a wet micro fiber with super hot water on it and wipe them off. Then I dry them with a dry clean MF towel and then once dry brush them as well.
6k miles later and the seats and steering wheel/shifter look pristine.
