There is a sponsor on the site Gen5DIY and if you go to their website or you can call them in Nevada. They offer a kit that includes the camera, harness, connections required to tie into the display. An icon on the screen for camera allows you to activate the front camera anytime. When in drive it is on and as you turn the lines turn or follow the path of the vehicle. I have installed two; you can either send in your HMI located under the glove box or buy a new one and get a credit back when you send yours in. It isn't cheap, around $625 +/- and it depends. If you didn't order Nav when you bought the car you can add Nav. Several other features allow you to watch a movie while driving or text, don't recommend either. The first install was easy, but the second was difficult, because of trying to find an entrance from the engine compartment into under the glove box. Their instructions were not that good and was a bitch. Finally, figured out how to route the wire bundle and the rest was ok. Some problems installing, but the owner is more than willing to help and he does answer the phone. If he takes my advice and follows my instructions then the install will be very easy. I figure the price is worth it compared to tearing up a splitter. I enclosed a couple pictures of routing the wire bundle. Difficulty installing is a 3 out of 5 if he updates his instructions.
