Why all this defense of the Ford GT? From what I've seen, there really haven't been many performance specs or tests released on it. We know hp is less, torque is much less, but weight is less. Aero is more advanced, but other than that, in the real world it probably isn't much faster than the ZL1. It's already been shown that the ZL1 is faster than many cars costing much more. Why should it have to be discredited when we see this one hanging wirh a GT on track? I go off the run what ya brung mantra. If the driver isn't as good, that's his fault. $500,000 doesn't mean you automatically obliterate everything? That's obvious here.
