I am really, really temped to yank out all the seats and see if I can borrow a 1SS drivers seat. I am no wishing I brought a 26" drag pack instead of my 28" pack as well. There was a 1ss here today with the seats pulled on a 26" pack that weighed 3,440 or 3,404. I didn't really catch it. My car was about 3,610. Could you imagine if I dropped 160-200lbs off the car and put it on a 26" pack. It would have gone 10.70's today easy.
I am not worried about the lists any more. People can believe what ever they want about what is the fastest combo. I don't fit in the boltons and there is no way I am running down Hamilton without a cam and a lot of work. Procharger is going on anyway and I will just be a slow guy on that list so I am good. I think I proved my point. It is an easy combo that anyone can copy. No tricks, no fuss. That was the real point of all of this. |
I have 26" racemasters on 17" welds if you think you can hook on them! And a 1ss drivers seat and the tools to change it
IF I can make it over there! It's about an hour drive for me but i can't access my tools or tires tomorrow until around 8:00 cst. We just might be able to make it happen!
