My opinion would be :
1) Drivability
2) Performance
3) Sound (idle quality)
I think and hope most would agree with an aftermarket cam in this order.
Next would be MY preference.

BTR Stage 1 N/A
Both will net about the same HP and great overall performance, while still being mild mannered enough to not allow any "push" through the stock torque converter. But there's another one I'm adding to the list. Lingenfelter GT32. Excellent specs and should net nearly the same performance as the two aforementioned. This one just might go in mine next month. Also just as important as the cam itself is its supporting cast. A really nice valve job right along with a BTR .660 spring set and CTSV-R lifters will make a great cam an awesome cam...
