550hp would for sure be sweet in the 1LE!
One thing I noticed is if you are leaving the brakes unchanged from a standard SS 1LE, it actually comes with the same front brakes (rotors/calipers) as an ATS-V which are 14.5 inch diameter. The rears are the same as a standard SS or ATS-V at 13.3 inches in diameter. I believe the diameters you list are for the ZL1.
