Is it possible to tune out the torque management, and completely remove the insane lag that's present in both tour and sport mode?

In an M6, you can literally floor the car and feel it wait half a second before actually pulling in both touring and sport mode.

I was also curious if it's possible to completely turn off/tune out the torque management. If I'm 100% throttle, I want the throttle blade 100% open.
