Just to close out this thought, the dealer cant use the VIN from another vehicle to flash in functionality. That loop hole was closed while back, all of the modules in the Camaro are VIN tied to the VIN of the vehicle. So you cant swap in a VIN of another vehicle to flash the firmware that your car didnt have from the factory.
