With that said, my 19 wheels are slightly bent, the track last weekend was pretty green, and I also approached my driving style slightly differently this weekend.
The car pushes a bit with the G3's, but I felt that it was predictable and it was easy to balance. Whereas last weekend the car felt all over the place. It would push some corners and be loose others, it wasn't the most fun car to drive on the Nittos. If I had to guess I would say some of that comes down to driving style, but I really think it has something to do with the ballooned front tire, while it's not extreme, a 305 really needs to be on an 11" wheel to prevent any vague-ness and maintain that precision the stock set up has. I'm going to play with wheels and tires some more, first up may be to try an 11" front wheel.
This was the 5th track day on the car and the stock pads finally reached the end of their life. Laguna is in my mind the hardest track on brakes in California and the stock pads survived 2 track days there. They DID fade, and as the day went on I needed to mellow out in the braking zones, but it was a predictable fade and I was able to easily finish both days. As Ive said before, still blown away by this car in showroom form.
Randy's 137.8 is FLYING. I can pick up some time in turns 4, 6, corkscrew and 9, but damn, I don't know about 1.6 seconds!

Great video and driving!
It's interesting that you had some weird experience with 305s on 19x10.5" wheels. I didn't experience that ballooning effect and car didn't feel that bad compared to OEM setup but I have 325s in the rear with the huge wickerbill so maybe you had too much front grip and if affected the overall balance of the car because of that not sure. What exactly happens? A bit too much oversteer car felt a bit loose?
For the reference, my friend runs 315s on 18x10.5" wheels with no ill effects and it's still within the manufacturer's recommended range. I found the 305 Trofeo Rs on 10.5" wheels a bit mushy though, possibly because of the softer sidewall design and the softness felt a bit weird on the OEM MRC calibration I believe. OEM is great balance for sure as the suspension is optimized for that but in my experience it was still about 1 second slower at the ORP and more than 2 seconds at the Ridge.
What happened to the wheels? Ran off track? I bent one wheel myself when I ran over a concrete bump
