Coated the wheel mating surface with thin layer of anti size and torqued to 120 not 140. So far so good! Absolutely not noise, but I probably could've done even less anti seize, the excess has been slung from the hub to the inside barrel of the wheel. Nothing a wash can't fix but worth noting.

Because the components are susceptible to higher temps during your auto-xing, are you using a copper, ceramic, or nickel anti seize?
