The TB motor is TOAST. Been there, done that. You can try something if you want. It did not work for me but it was something I found with some digging awhile back that worked for some guys with the C7 and C6 vettes

Unplug throttle body
IGNITION on (do not turn the car on)
Sit 2 Minutes
IGNITION OFF
Sit 2 Minutes
Disconnect battery
Plug back in TB
Reconnect battery
IGNITION ON 2 Minutes
IGNITION OFF 2 Minutes
Start the car and then just let it idle there for 5 minutes. Tunn the AC on, let it idle for another 5 minutes.

Do you have HPT? If so it can be very usefull in reading throttle position. The codes your getting are basically saying, hey the blade is open this much but it should be open XX amount according to the computer and the differential is too high.
