yea, but it'll be mostly CO2 and probably stall your engine. You'd have to find some way to vent the dry ice outside of the intake.

A viable solution would be to just implement a water injection system to cool the air. Then if you want, you could use the dry ice to cool the reservoir, if you're careful not to freeze it solid.
