Yes, I have read that. The BMW dealer told me that I should not wait so long for oil changes for that reason. But they didn't tell me that how much it was burning. So I assumed it was extra, but I never dreamed a car would burn that much in the GT350 when I read so many people did not have that problem. The Ford dealer where I bought said that they had already replaced an engine for consumption reasons. I said, "oh crap, great"
