What dealer did you take your care too. I'm currently trying to get Koons at Tyson Corner to take care of mine. I talked with someone in their service department that acknowledge the service bulletin, but then refered me to making an appointment only to get the ?? we will need to test drive it to see if it reoccurs, we don't see a service bulletin on your car, back to ground zero. At this point I don't have allot of confidence they won't just give me the run around. Did the update fix ur issue?
