There isn't complete mfr consensus on this. Some companies will consider that the speed rating is maintained, subject to certain restrictions. Others will void the speed rating. And a few others will downgrade the speed rating somewhat.
A table of individual mfr positions is at the bottom of the page linked below. Don't overlook the notes at the bottom of that table.
