No, it's not a downhill track. I think the mph was off on this pass. I didn't make another pass to back it up, it was just too crowded for me to sit around waiting. I'll be back to try again soon. I'm sure the mph will be between 125 - 127 when I make another pass. I can definitely see 130 being a possibility in negative da though, but this was not one of those days.
As for the other bolt-on 6th gen running that mph, it's definitely legit. A great combo and a great driver. I'm sure he'll be at camarofest to defend his honor
