REALLY does make a difference!
When I was handed my 1st time sheet tonight, I thought I was handed the wrong one. My tires didn't slip at all last week; at least, I certainly didn't feel them slip like I did tonight. I did not expect to get 12.288! Makes me wonder if I had been one of the 1st runs like I was last week... could I have got down in the 12's??? My 2nd run tonight just barely beat my best time from last week (by 1 thousandth
), and I could hear the tires squeeling at the start. DA is no joke!
I'll certainly be paying more attention to the weather conditions when I think about going to the track! No wonder it was 20x more crowded tonight vs last week.
