Did I mention whining?

Two guys from Motor Trend like the GT350R better... big ****ing deal. The world is not ending, the ZL1 is still the same car it ever was, and the manhood of ZL1 owners has not been compromised in any way.

Is one car better than the other? Who knows... probably not. All we do know is that two guys from Motor Trend like the GT350R better. That's it... big deal.

Please, let's maintain some dignity around here.
I'm not whining. I'm just a bit furious because a lot of these companies can't just declare a car a winner. They have to be political about it and say "Oh this car won the race, but..."...and then comes the subjective stuff like "...but this car is special and feels more comfortable to drive and yada yada yada". See, some of us want hard results instead of the "don't shoot me" add-on comments. I'd rather flat out lose than be told I won because of stuff that doesn't matter. To me as an enthusiast that is an insult. If I lose, hey it was a good race, I did good, I lost to something better, toss me a beer and lets do it again some time. We tune in to these comparisons because we wanna see who is gonna win. Not to see "well this car is faster but this other car won because it is special". At this point I feel that MT yanked my chain all this time and just wanted people to tune in just to give them nothing. And to be honest, I would not have minded at all if the GT350 won the race. It is a purpose built car with a crazy suspension. It doesn't cost over $60K for nothing. It lacks the power of the ZL1 but it makes up for it in other areas. Even if it did win I still wouldn't want one tho because to me, a 12.2 second quarter mile and 526 hp is not worth the money they cost regardless of how well it handles. I picked the ZL1 over the Hellcat, GT350, and a slew of other cars for a reason. So I didn't care who won or loss. I just wish they had the balls to base the test off of racing and declare a winner.
