Two guys from Motor Trend like the GT350R better... big ****ing deal. The world is not ending, the ZL1 is still the same car it ever was, and the manhood of ZL1 owners has not been compromised in any way.

While in one respect you may be right, I think you are missing it...Nobody is crying or whining (That I have read), more like talking about the cars differences with a "Mustang Fanboy". The ZL1 is better and faster just like everyone knows it is. The GT350R is more "Special". And if you asked me (Hardcore Chevy guy) which car was more special and which car sounded better, I'd say the GT350/R. So there. (Uncork the exhaust on the LT4 though and it sounds nasty, the flat plane crank does have a roar that 8250 RPMs gives that is really cool).
These things have always been more for entertainment than they are about cars. Just like Top Gear used to be. Watch both anyways, but as far as actual car knowledge or driving knowledge, they're both jokes.
