Yikes. You mean the Dupli-color tire shine product or one of their paint products? If it wasn't the 'tire shine' duplicolor product, then you probably just spray painted your wheels with uh, paint.
If it was the tire shine stuff, get some kind of strip soap like Dawn and wash your wheels really well. Don't get the soap on the paint, it will strip the sealants/waxes you have on the car.
If you just spray painted your wheels, then uh, i'm not sure.
