The vette has no break in oil, been discussed many times on vette site. It's Good old dexos 1 that should be changed at 500 due to oil mixed with sealants than can cause foaming at high rpm in dry sump systems.
But still no reason I know why theirs is 500 and ours is 1500. I'm still a tech editor there.....I'll check.
