Don't buy a new car and sell it within a year and expect for it to be an investment (unless your buying limited run hypercars). I run a lease facilitator and on average ALG estimates first-year depreciation at 25% (15% on year 2 then 10% every year after). SO if sticker was $46,600 x 75% = $34,950. I'd say they hit it on the nose!
EDIT: I'd like to mention there is very little info on the car with the 1LE package. I've had my eye on Manheim to see if any have crossed the auction block but none yet. I'll let you guys know when one magically does.
