Ah...I think he meant it tongue in cheek, as even in a dry he thought HPDE are not well suited for practicing proper car control (and to some degree I a agree as HPDE is all about safety). Hence he strongly suggests finding ANOTHER venue to be able to exceed the limits without getting kicked out, or wrecking (including others). But I totally agree: find a large parking lot, or a paddock and go nuts in a rain. Or when there aren't 30 cars on the same track as you. Or find some obscure track without marshals and rules
