LC is not adjustable in the calibration file that HPT/EFilive has access to. When Chris White added LC to his car several years ago I followed along on the process. I think he had a 2009 Vette and LC had just came out on the 2010 Vette. Since he programmed for GM and knows the ins/outs of their programming he added it to his car, I remember him saying the programming change was in the BCM in order to get it added.

He goes by GTPrix on this board and any other board on the interwebs. Shoot him a message and ask him.
