I'm wondering what the point of this limiter is? I'm assuming is it will give the throttle angle enough of a buffer if someone did a neutral to drive drop rather than a neutral to drive drop at redline? Or maybe the 8L90 valve body is plumbed electronic to engage the drive circuit? I would think it would be mechanical from the shifter to engage drive for a limp mode?

Obviously revving your engine at redline in neutral has no good purpose haha, but yes there is a limiter in park and neutral at 4,400rpms or around there I think.
