You sound like you spend alot of time at the track.
I gave up on stock and was only able to get to 1.93s on the runflats without LC. When you say using LC properly, do you mean not just dumping the clutch?
I did read somewhere that LC is not tunable, but you can't beleive everything on the Internet.
