It's somewhat hard to make a true, accurate data analysis as it's hard to say what helps and to what amount. For instance, Hoosiers typically weigh about 4-5 lbs less than other R comps which also help on accelerating, braking and many other things. The sole difference between the compounds and tire shapes are hard to quantify because of that :/
