Well it looks like I no longer need to ask questions on here...
I finally got my own! I've trolled on here long enough. lol. After flying to Michigan from Md to pick it up, and making the 500 plus mile drive back home, I can truly say that all the articles I read, all the good posts I read about this car, were all verified on that long drive back home. Though I was very mindful of the rpm and speed due to break-in, I can honestly say that this car is fantastic!
The mountains through Pennsylvania presented no problems at all. This car has enough torque on the low end that all it took was to tickle the throttle for it to want to threaten triple digit speeds without ever seeing 3k rpms. I still do love the 5th gen ZL1 for many reasons, but this new one absolutely blows me away with all the improvements that were made. I don't even want to mention the front view... SICK!!!
