Thanks everyone! Yeah it is modded.
From what I know so far it has:
Intake
Headers
Full exhaust
Some type of upgraded pulleys
I'm sure it has a few other things but I don't remember right now.
I'm pretty new to this so I'm learning in the way.
I suppose that Green Belt is aftermarket but what exactly it is? Is it good??
