All the vids I've seen are of 2016's - there is a catch-and-release button on those for easy removal. Unfortunately, I have no such luck with my 2017. I'm trying to figure out of there's some sort of special tool or gadget I need to get so I can pry this thing off.

Here's a photo of the bane of my existence:

Does anyone have experience with this? Any advice, videos, pointers or walkthroughs would be incredibly appreciated.
This has been documented with other 2017 owners; they changed the CCV clamp for the 2017 models. The 2016 models have a simple clip that slides in and out, but the 2017's are clamped on differently. There are two tabs that you need special tools to release; one is on the front side in your pic, where the triangle is pointing to, and the other is on the opposite side.

This video shows Mishimoto's intake installation, which shows how to remove the CCV hose on 2017 models.

EDIT: Seeing as this is your first post: Welcome to the forums!
