So I just got off the dyno. I don't know if I solved anything but it sure gave me a lot to think about. So now I have some theories. I just didn't get a chance to flesh them all out.
I was for sure down on power the other day. Just how much and when is still up for debate. It appears that this 02 sensor started working again at some point. But it is intermittent. It doesn't read absolutely correct like it used to. It is fading rich on bank one which I have a cylinder that is starting to fade. Got to do another leak down soon. I am going to replace both of them and see what happens.
It looks like I was down about 10/14rw peak to peak on the tune I rolled in on. The losses below the curve were very substantial. I was able to get 8/8rw peak to peak and more under and past the curve. I don't have a roll in to last time graph. I will get one tomorrow.
I will say that this is not an apples to apples test. This is on pump gas and it 5th gear. Last time it was 60* in there and today it was 83*. I had to lean on the car very hard to get the numbers back. The car also took more timing than it should have on pump. This is leading me to think about a spark or load deficiency.
This graph is my last pump gas numbers pre converter, run #17 to today after I was done tuning, run #40.
This graph is the numbers I rolled in on and made passes on, run #36 and after I was done tuning, run #40.
The extra porting I have done to the IM seems to have helped carry the power up top and could have possibly hurt me a little down low. I would have to get on my normal dyno and do a 6th gear pull to see.
I am going to change the 02 sensors and ensure my LT/ST's are in line and that my WB lines back up. My WB was accurate and I was running 11.8 afr at the track so that wasn't helping at all. I also had to restructure my spark curve to make the best power.
