On regular 93 octane 600rwhp is very possible. It's been those who have switched to E85 that are having issues at 600rwhp. Remember that E85 burns about 30% more than 93 octane. I'd also have to say that obviously a 2.9L Whipple will make more power at any boost level than a 2.3L maggie PD charger.
