They can load on the weekend...
When palapp shows delivered - that means the carrier
has delivered to the rail yard - not that it loaded.
When received at the Distribution Center in New Boston -
it is then scheduled for the train, based on logistics.
It does not mean that a train is waiting or immediately loaded.
