Sorry to tell you Mishimoto but the damage has been done. This is exactly why you do extensive product testing before releasing a product instead of trying to be first to market. I mean extensive testing, multiple cars and months of testing to iron out ALL the bugs. Clearly you did not do that. The damage done to your image and trustworthiness is far more valuable in the long run than getting that initial sales figure. A lesson you are learning the hard way. Some businesses never recover regardless of damage control efforts. Sucks to see but business is business. Also messing up recovery efforts is serious insult to injury.
