2SS W/Bose subwoofer question

In my 20+ yrs experience in car audio, I've learned to create some systems with excellent bass response that will make the hair on your neck stand up WITHOUT a subwoofer.

For people with cars that have limited trunk space and did not want a sub box taking up half of it, a very high quality pair of 6x9s (Boston Acoustics used to be amazing 15 years ago) and a strong MOSFET amp from Alpine or Pioneer running them and I could bring smiles to customers who wanted bass AND saved their trunk space.

Small trunks like ours are perfect natural enclosures for high quality 6x9s.

So as I'm looking at my Bose system and see two 6x9s in the rear deck, I'm thinking of removing the sub and upgrading the 6x9s drastically. I still have my old Pioneer that I ran my BAs with 20 years ago, and it is stronger and louder than the factory Bose.

But how on earth do you get the sub out of this thing???
